Training: learn how to leverage technology to make an impact in a supportive environment designed to promote creativity and collaboration.
Innovation: develop socially impactful technology solutions for nonprofits tackling humanity’s most pressing issues. Learn about one of our 2021 projects.
Mentorship: receive one-on-one advising from women in tech and industry experts.
Career: build your personal brand, resume, and interviewing skills to acquire future internship and full-time opportunities through interactive workshops.
Community: make life-long, inspiring friendships with program participants and alumni.

eligibility
the fellowship is open to individuals who identify as:
first through third-year college students
women (cis and trans) and nonbinary individuals
Black, Latina, Asian, Native American
First generation college students or non-citizens
interested in pursuing a career in STEM
No prior experience required. We encourage you to apply even if your background doesn’t match with our eligibility criteria.
We are not running a fellowship program for the 2022-2023 cycle.
