our mission is to make tech inclusive for all

We’re here to change the trajectory of tech. By helping aspiring female technologists from underrepresented backgrounds to develop their skills while working on change-making initiatives, we can ensure that the next generation of technology represents the many, not just the few.

partnership opportunities

If you represent a nonprofit that supports our mission and are interested in sharing your technical needs with our team, we can’t wait to hear from you!

If you represent a private company that encompasses our values and are interested in learning about partnership opportunities, give us a shout! Let’s grow together.

If you represent an educational institution that supports a diverse student body and eager to make tech accessible to women of color, let’s connect!

Read about the work we completed with YearUp!

Year Up! is a national non-profit organization that uplifts young people with non-traditional educational backgrounds to achieve corporate careers.

Last year, we partnered with Sarah Angel Johnson, CIO of Year Up! Bay Area. Our first cohort of students worked with their team to develop and implement a scalable solution that automatically matches YearUp! mentors with students in need of professional guidance.

By empowering more women and those of color to realize they’re not alone, we’re creating spaces where they can authentically be themselves, and when we do that, they’re able to put their best foot forward. By increasing awareness in the space, we’re going to see tremendous change, we’re hoping to empower people who are underrepresented in the field right now. We want them to walk through the door at a Fortune 500 company and to truly feel like they belong.
